  Lara is a talented Osteopath with a passion for treating junior athletes, pregnancy, mums and kids. She has qualifications in Pilates and uses a combination of hands on treatment, dry needling, cupping and exercise rehab to help her patients feel their best.

  Dr. Christina Kripintiris is an experienced Osteopath who specialises in sports injuries, headache management, hip pain and pregnancy related pain.
- Dr Matthew O'Neill
  
  Dr. Matt O’Neill is our resident fitness guru. He uses an active approach with his clients encouraging them to get into the gym for exercise rehab. Matt has special interests in gym injuries and chronic pain. He uses a combination of manual techniques, education and active therapy.
- Dr Caitlin O'Farrell
  
  Dr. Caitlin O’Farrell uses a combination of functional and active assessment to create a treatment plan for you. She has special interests in treating sports injuries, concussion patients, as well as clients on the NDIS. She uses a combination of hands on manual therapy including dry needling and cupping, as well as exercise rehab.

  Will has a functional approach to the body and works with a patients goals to help them overcome their pain. He uses techniques including soft tissue massage, manipulation, cupping and needling to get the body moving again. Will provides targeted exercises and rehab to get you back to doing what you love.   James is skilled Osteopath trained in dry needling, myofascial cupping and functional screening. James has interests in working with sporting injuries particularly soccer and AFL. He loves working with back and hip pain clients and getting them feeling back to their best with a combination of hands on and exercise rehab.

  Jordan is an experienced exercise physiologist who specialises in exercise rehab and exercise therapy.
