Alexandra Clay’s pathway into dietetics has been shaped by both professional experience and a strong interest in the intersection between nutrition, mental health, hormones, and long-term wellbeing. Prior to becoming a dietitian, Alexandra spent over five years working as a medical receptionist in GP and allied health clinics, along with a year in disability support work. Through these roles, she gained first-hand insight into the healthcare system, patient triage, and the importance of genuinely listening to people’s concerns.
