Jordan Tripodi | Exercise Physiologist at Alpha Sports Medicine

Jordan Tripodi

Exercise physiologist (AEP)

DESCRIPTION

Jordan Tripodi graduated from La Trobe University with a Master of Exercise Physiology in 2020. Since then, he has worked in the musculoskeletal rehabilitation setting, supporting clients in achieving meaningful movement goals and building confidence in their bodies. His introduction to Exercise Physiology began during his Bachelor of Exercise Science, where he quickly realised that combining movement with evidence‑based practice was the perfect way to help people improve their quality of life.

Jordan understands that the gym is not where everyone feels comfortable. He is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming exercise space where everyone can be comfortable to move freely. Jordan enjoys working with older adults and finds great fulfilment in helping them achieve functional goals—whether that’s playing with their grandkids, returning to hobbies, or simply moving with greater ease day to day.

With experience in clinical Pilates, Jordan integrates tailored exercise strategies to ensure that the exercise fits the individual, not the other way around. He delivers exercise treatment in both 1:1 sessions and small group‑based exercise sessions (recognising the social, emotional, and motivational benefits that come from working alongside others).

No matter the setting, Jordan’s focus is on delivering a personalised experience that supports each client’s unique needs, abilities, and aspirations.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys playing guitar, going to concerts, and cheering on the mighty Collingwood Football Club.
